wehatetrends are looking for illustrators, typographers and motion designers to develop new artistic group. Main idea of wehatetrends is to set new trends in graphic design not looking for other artists. If you are not doing things we could see by other artist, want to do something different and experiment with other designers, you’re person which we’re looking for so feel free to give me a sign at tymon.rebeliarts@gmail.com.

i’m talking about some “trends” which are now very common, like using glow lines, shines, lights etc. it’s boring when you’re looking for 1 million artwork which looks like a copy or inspiration artist like Hejz, Aeiko or other very good designer.
“wehatetrends is to set new trends” by words “set new trends” i mean not to copy other artist but developing something new

why not call it wehateweb2.0 then, now thats something I would sign up for…

But seriously I hear what your saying, you wanna push past the norm and do something different. That’s great, I think most of us would agree. But here’s the catch… nothing NOTHING is totally different and everything influences everything. And in almost any case, something that is labeled as “new”, is actually just something that hasn’t been seen for a while; so it seems new to everybody… but really isn’t.

Though, with that said, just because it’s been done doesn’t mean it can’t be totally bad ass!

Except the Web 2.0 stuff, seriously people! Enough with the inner/outer/upper/downer glow drop shadow gradient… Just because it’s pretty doesn’t mean its design.

yeah i think you’re right in your opinion, i know that it’s really hard to make something totally new and different, but it’s not impossible. What we could see in history of arts. Of course I don’t mean that all group will be doing everything the same, but there will be propably 20 designers-individuals some of them very popular and well-known and few designers which are not famous, it’s not main idea to show only works people which we good know from many portals like behance, cpluv etc.

You mention about Web 2.0 this is the same like lines, stars lights and all this sh*t used in illustration, but i hope in nearby future this will dead like sometime ago “butterflies” which were used too many times.

thanks for comment and opinion Nick;-)
