I know (strictly speaking I knew) this man. He lives (or lived) in Beroun - small town in the Central Bohemian in Czech republic (Middle Europe). When I was at high school he gave me tutorial classes in math. Actually this picture is not math but a physical science lesson. In my opinion it is not as complicated as it seems, but I have always been a physics fan(or geek if you want :-)) . Now I cannot remember his name but if you are interested I could try to find out (but I dont know if he still lives - I moved away from Beroun some 10 year ago and the tut. classes was further 8 years before).

I do like his pencil works, but I was really amazed by the experimental video Pat made by means of his Canon 40d. It is an excellent work showing movement which is merged with the music.
