This site is incredibly well put together. From the homepage it would appear there has been an over use of Flash, but as you dig deeper you realise how smartly they have used javascript to add movement and transitions to liven up what could have been a static interface.

Great graphics and attention to detail on the navigational elements.

Inspiring.
