Barramundi – The Next Big Fish

Sustainable seafood is taking the world by storm (there’s even a new mobile phone app. dedicated to smart sushi menu ordering!) and Australis Aquaculture’s barramundi answers all our fish prayers – it’s seriously delicious (served at the white table cloth foodie meccas such as the French Laundry), it’s good for you (hello, Omega 3’s), and they have pioneered eco-friendly fish farming (the photo is their revolutionary closed-containment, low-waste facility in Massachusetts) so farmed fish is no longer an eco-faux pas.
