This poster set is about our old friends, 3.5 inch floppy disks. It shows, how many floppies are enough for current softwares.

But you are forgetting that even back in the dos days, a 20MB installation only took about 4 floppies and this is because the data was compressed. Factor in Data compression and that sims Install would need only 1/5th as many disks.

Using more modern techniques I have seen some people fit 10-20MB on to one single formatted 3.5in 1.44MB floppy disk.
