I’ve seen people put books and magazines up to their faces to give continuity to the cover design, but actually using albums to do a photomontage is the first time. I think the artist responsible for this work is Christian Marclay, a New York visual artist, DJ and composer. If you know for certain who made these, please add his/her name to comment box. Thanks!

This is Christian Marclay’s work. This particular piece was shown at the Quebec Biennale a couple of years ago. He has a bunch of these called “Body Mixes” I think. Kudos for crediting him.

john: Nice. But what’s the purpose of making the elements vector/scalable? The interface is intentionally designed for 1 (possibly 2, depending on how it handles orientation shifts) size, correct…? The only thing it should be scaling are native iPhone apps, and according to Apple, those will just be “pixel-doubled”.

I do like his pencil works, but I was really amazed by the experimental video Pat made by means of his Canon 40d. It is an excellent work showing movement which is merged with the music. I’m sure it’s still avalable and it’s worth seeing.
