Food as mean of expression by Roberto Abbadati
Roberto Abbadati is a chef. He takes care about food in different ways: consulting for restaurants, teaching, private dinners, spot events, food styling, food design, finger food. After he achieved his professional CV built in different Michelin restaurants and 4-5L stars hotels all over the world, he started to be an independent chef with his own brand in 2004.
“The fire alchemy, the food knowledge and the techniques mastery, they are very important, useful and required but they’re just “surplus” instead of LOVE through which Food becomes a source of Life.” – Roberto says.
Roberto lives in northern Italy, but he used to work as in Italy as abroad. In the last 6 years he made a recipe book (TASTE – Free Your Fantasy, 2004), an art project (Monochromes, 2006) and a video project (Imager, 2009). Roberto is on the web with a blog/site since 2005.
