After Sir David Tang spotted Dominic Crinson’s tile work in the Boundary Hotel in London he decided he had to approach him to create a mural for three penthouse suites he was designing in Beijing.

The penthouse suites, which overlook the new Olympic stadium, feature murals generated from Dominic’s own photography. The photos are composed digitally to create a montage of Beijing’s cityscape (the title image of this piece). Past Dominic Crinson murals were designed the same way and include Londonscape and Newyorkscape.
