Sous ce nom étrange, “The Chin Chin Laboratorists” cache une boutique de crème glacée à base d’azote liquide. Une technique mise au point par l’un des pionners en gastronomie moléculaire, le Français Hervé This. Cette boutique située à Londres a été créée par le duo Ahrash Akbari-Kalhur et Nyisha Weber et aménagée par les designers Andrew Haythornthwaite et Shai Akram.
