When you enter an office, restaurant, café, or someone’s house this particular piece of furniture will be there. In fact, this particular piece of furniture is a necessity for all of us, without it we would find it difficult to go through most of our task and cause a lot of problem to our lifestyle. However, when you look at it closely this piece of furniture is seen as something that offers a flat surface that is supported with a leg or legs depending on its design. After so many hints and teaser perhaps we should reveal the main character for this particular article, which is of course, the table.
The table is a common household furniture and is seen in most living or working spaces. It has been in our lives for as long as we remember, while we tend not to pay too much attention to this furniture it does not mean we do not realize it’s existence or its importance. In fact, the size and function of a table changes according to the area that it is placed. The table in the living room might act as a coffee table, but the one in the dining room is meant for meals with family or friends; where as a table in an office or study room is meant for work or business; and for different usage the tables also take on different design and appearance. For this very reason, some architects and designers have dedicated themselves to come up with different table designs to answer the growing demand from different consumers.
