HTML5 is becoming more and more popular and it seems like lately even Adobe realized that and started their own animating platform called Adobe Edge. Of course, Adobe is not the only one making these steps so here are some of the top HTML5 and CSS3 animating apps.
Adobe Edge
Very user friendly like all Adobe products. It also has nice looking timeline editor and lots of features that resemble with Flash.
Motion Composer
It is fully compatible with iPad and iPhone and can help you automatically convert flash files into HTML5 + CSS3 animations in a jiffy.
Tumult Hype
One of the most popular HTML5 animation apps with a keyframe based interface. It is available for Mac users only at this moment.
