It’s no secret that Americans spend quite a bit of time at their desk while they’re at work. But, did you realize that it’s closer to roughly a third of their entire time spent there? Exercise is a vital and important aspect of a healthy lifestyle, and anything you can do to keep yourself fit will help you out in the long run. Just because your in a cubicle and not out on the field or court, doesn’t mean there still aren’t things you can do while at work to stay fit.
