In January of 2011 the companies Microsoft ® and Samsung ® had a meeting in Las Vegas – USA, at CES (Consumer Electronics Show) in order to present the 2nd generation of Surface®, the Microsoft touch pad, today also known as Samsung SUR40. The name SUR40 is a mention to the multi-touch display 40″ that Samsung created to receive the 2.0 version of the Microsoft Surface technology.
