Hi, I’m Danbo! If you have never heard about me before or only seen me in pictures, I want to introduce myself first. I’m not arrogant but you could praise me as the cutest little guy you have ever seen in this world.
I have a lot of siblings and friends, from the same Danbo family, in different size. They are now living over the globe. So I believe you can easily spot one of them wherever you are travelling to. Can you do me a favor? Help me to drop by a “Hi!” to them. Surprisingly, they have variety names such as Danboard, Danboru, Cardbo and Danbooru.
Basically, we are Danbo cardboards. Konnichiwa, we are also Japanese. To know more about me, you can start to read a manga called Yotsuba&!. This story features the adventurous life of the 5-year-old Yotsuba. Publishing from 2003, I remember that I born in Issue 28 of year 2006. Her friend, Miura Hayasaka, made me by using cardboard boxes for a school project. Miura introduced and named me as “Danbo” to Yotsuba. Please search for this manga and know who is Danbo.
