Roy Nachum was born November 11,1979 in Jerusalem Israel. For the past 6 years he has been living and working independently as a designer and painter in New York City. Nachum was educated in art and design at the prestigious Cooper Union in New York and the Academy of Bezalel in Israel.
His artistic ability and phenomenal creativity brings a young vision to life that explodes with complexity and character. The elite atmospheres he creates are stunning, elegant, contemporary and authentic but always warm and inviting. Unifying opposites, traditional and modern, rustic and urban, classical and gritty, while continuously maintaining an original sense of beauty and indulgence. His attention to detail is uncanny; he uses unconventional objects in novel ways and compositions, as he is fascinated with the complexity of the diverse uses of a single object. He custom creates every element within his interiors, each facet in itself is a conceptual work of art and extremely inventive to the world of modern design.
