Photos in the rain are always awesome. And if they don’t inspire you, then you’re probably joking! Because rainy weather is one of the most contributory things for taking great shots. Subdued hues and splashes of colors are mixed in a strange dance of water drops. This is a fantastic background (or even a focal object) for your romantic, still life, street photography, etc.
Yeah, probably you feel uncomfortable when rain goes down on you and your camera is in danger. But if you’re ready for small freaks of nature (I mean, if you’re dressed well, have a protective cover for your camera or at least an umbrella) then you have a good chance to capture ordinary rain in a very unexpected way. Moreover, most photographers neglect “bad” weather gifts and prefer to stay at home – they bring you an amazing opportunity to be the only photographer who sees miracles of the rain.
Rainy weather creates a kind of romantic and even dramatic atmosphere and you can easily capture this mood with the camera. Moreover, rain can bring joy and strong emotions into ordinary scenes of everyday life and thereby your rain photography can be impressive and different all the time.
