August, 23, Bilbao, Spain. Things tend to get ugly at the “Concurso de Feos” (Ugly Competition) which is part of a nine-day Spanish festival, first celebrated in 1978. It features live music, bullfights and fireworks. Nevermind manners, here’s the ugly competition.
