Another great work by Joseph Vincent Conner who we have featured before at Paranoias with the new music video “You’re Not Pretty But You Got It Goin’ On” for Band of Skulls.
We really wanted to continue with the ‘Americana’ aesthetic that served us so well in the Bruises video, creating a surreal and highly cinematic narrative that has, at it’s root a dose of absurdity. As soon as they guys played me the track I couldn’t get Fred Astaire tap dancing out of my head. It was just one of those images that leaped out of the track (no pun intended).
