Hayon Studio has designed the new restaurant – Le Sergent Recruteur – which lives by the motto ‘live, eat and rest’ has just opened its Hayon doors in the heart of Paris – 41, rue Saint-Louis en l’Ile / 75004- with the talented chef Antonin Bonnet at the helm in the kitchen.
