I can’t believe it’s Friday again … Well, the good news is the upcoming weekend … some time to chill and of course the latest series of hot inspirations brought to you by our magazine .). So what do we begin with? We could begin for example with the historic 1935 London aerial photo … then move two shots down to admire the artwork by Stefan Sagmeister. Do horizontal stripes make these ladies look fat? I DO NOT THINK SO .). Anyway, Chris LaBrooy brought us an interesting 3d artwork called Darty … kind of like it. My favorite typography section features a nice bookshelf … love the idea. I named just few hotshots … but believe me, the remaining inspirations are worth checking out. Tokyo-based practice architect cafe (mikio tai) has shared with us images of ‘large roof house’, a two-level dwelling in the suburban area of sano, japan. straddling the border between developed residential plots and the country landscape, the design utilizes a dramatic roof form to establish itself as a three-dimensional marker with a distinct identity.
