Olympic View House
Designed by BC&J Architecture, the Olympic View House was located on Bainbridge Island in Washington State. The site constraints included steep slopes, drainfield setbacks and a zoning variance. The resultant building footprint reflects these constraints in a manner which ultimately accommodated the Owner’s goals for the house. Continue reading »
OpenHouse in Hollywood Hills
This amazingly beautiful house is situated in Hollywood Hills, California. It features some modern engineering taking on the well known steep hills of Beverly Hills. There are 44 floor-to-ceiling sliding glass panels which make up most of the walls. These glass panels can be hidden away to produce a really open and airy feeling within the residence.
