Garage by Brunete Fraccaroli
The segments of architecture and decoration are always changing, over the years everything is reinvented. And the garages aren’t exception. In this visionary project of 120m ² signed by the architect Brunete Fraccaroli for the 15th edition of the Casa Cor Show, the garage gained status of a living area with a gourmet space, lounge, home office, screen for movies, showers automated for washing car and several shelves to store the mechanic tools.

Modular House by Gustavo Calazans
With the increasing growth of the real estate households are becoming smaller. Due to this reality projects aimed to space optimization are essential to every corner of the environments is covered. Thinking about it, the architect Gustavo Calazans created the Modular House, exposed in BGourmet, an event created by Brastemp (which was a great branding strategy) and displayed alongside the Casa Cor 2011.

Apartment 204 South by Helio Albuquerque + Sonia Peres
Integration and sobriety, these were the principal assumptions adopted by architect Hélio Albuquerque and the interior designer Sonia Peres for the design of this 82m² gaff, located in the Asa Sul district, Brasilia.

Digital Library by YTA°
Designed for the first edition of Tech House Show that happened last year in Ribeirão Preto, São Paulo, the Digital Library environment is the perfect example of harmony between antiquity, sustainability and technology. The environment that leads signing of the architects Guilherme Fiorotto and Paula Russo, founders of the office YTA°, was all covered with ecological blocks, punctuated by layers of wood from Pine of reforestation.

Piedade Penthouse by André Carício
With a privileged view to the sea, this apartment of 500m² signed by the architect André Caricio is an invitation to comfort.
The apartment of 500m² is placed in the seaside of Piedade – Jaboatão dos Guararapes, PE. The main goal of the project was to privilege the details of lighting, such as coatings and furniture of modern design. The owners (a couple of young entrepreneurs with children) wanted a cozy apartment at the same time quite sophisticated and with technological devices therefore we automate it.

Leopoldo Apartment by Maurício Karam
Who said that small spaces can not be stylish and cozy? This apartment of 45m² reformed by architect Maurício Karam shows that with creativity, good sense and solutions aimed at optimizing the spaces, has an inviting home in a few square meters, is possible.

Interactive Environment by Estudio Guto Requena
“What makes a house a home?” Have you already asked this question?! The staff of Estudio Guto Requena did!
Designed for the first edition of Black Show, Interactive Environment, signed by the architect Guto Requena, is a reflection on the living.
Upon entering the house of neoclassical architecture designed by Jacques Pilon in the 40s visitors are surprised by the question: “What makes a house a home?” The answers are sent by SMS, Tweet or by the interface Touch Screen available in the environment.
After sent, the responses appear on the second floor as a great “tag cloud” projected onto digital wallpaper in front of the ladder.
But the Interactive Environment is not limited only to interactivity. Through exhibits throughout the space, a narrative accounts the history of the property and the family that lived in it.

Industrial Loft by Diego Revollo
With 100m², totally integrated and with industrial air, this Loft located in the Morumbi district, south of San Paulo and represents the owner’s contemporary way of living, a young bachelor and lawyer who likes the pleasures of modern life, but without sacrificing practicality. The exploit is merit of the architect Diego Revollo, which as few, managed to create a project that meets the needs and desires of the client. The project treats up of a reform.

FJ Apartment by Studio Guilherme Torres
In a typical apartment from the 80´s there is no much to be expected, right?! Wrong! Especially if the property has been renovated and decorated, by talented architects and designers from Studio Guilherme Torres. The project was conceived with references to nightclubs, especially the D-Ege, where the entrepreneur and DJ Felipe Jorge, a resident of this apartment, and the architect Guilherme Torres were presented by mutual friends.
