Little toys by Pablo Maqueda .

Spaniard filmmaker, Pablo Maqueda (director of “Billy Freud´s Last Night” and “Real Zombie“) has decided to try his luck in the music industry, accomplishing an attractive and global design for his musical project named ”Little Toys“. The artist himself describes his work as “an instrumental approach to indie-pop/folk, similar to French composer’s Yann Tiersen, with a lot of toy instruments and a solid pianistic base.”
His debut EP is available for free in his MySpace and you can also buy his album ”Frida y Diego vivieron en esta casa” in Feburary 2009 through Fandepop Recordings. His music will go hand in hand with his future artwork, where film and painting will be front and center, inspired in important artists such as Frida Kahlo, Diego Riviera, Andrew Wyeth and Jose Luis Guerin.
