Transparent Screens – A Little Trick to Surprise Your Friends

Imagine the screen of your laptop or iPad could become transparent so that you could see objects behind it as if you are looking through the glass wall. Do you think it is impossible for the current state of technologies? Well, maybe this task is currently too hard for engineers; but let us assure you that artists have already created transparent screens. Have a look at the first picture below and, we bet, you won’t help browsing the entire gallery. The pictures of transparent screens seem fantastic and real at the same time. After all, we are all living in the third millennium, when almost everything is possible and the border between imagination and reality may sometimes be very thin.

Silver Metamorphosis By Yacine M’Seffar

Silver Metamorphosis is the culmination of years of work, discovery and accidents. Through this project I have found a unique process that allows me new ways of seeing the world. My method of working with these images was developed when I was still using the silver film medium.

The 90 Year Evolution of Movie Posters

Since the inception of cinema, movie posters have been used to promote films and create buzz. Just as the style of cinema has evolved, the design style of these promotional posters has changed. Poster printing was also a hard thing to get over in the early 1900s, the prices for the promotion images were high and not always easily printed. However things have changed int he modern day and age and as you’re about to see, the movie posters of the early 20th century are a far cry from what we see at the cinema today.

Challenges of the Street Art

Balancing between vanguard art movement and one of the manifestations of illegal behavior, street art is something you would not easily fit into the limits of the traditional art perception and public understanding. With distinct style, unique medium, and a noble goal of making dull city streets brighter, more colorful and aesthetically more attractive, street art itself does not need any third-parties’ recognition or approval for its existence. It has already become part of the urban life; it has already rooted in the asphalt and concrete of cities; and it has even already yielded many and many splendid pieces of street art: fresh, attractive, provoking, challenging, bold, and inspiring.

Daily Inspirations no. 164

The particular branch of photography, where artists, such as Dirckx Lieven, experiment with capturing liquids and especially falling or flying liquids, has always attracted much attention of the public. There is really something magical or fantastic in seeing the drops or splashes of water or paint captured still on the picture. However, liquid photography is only one of many aspects of photography, illustration, and other forms of modern digital art we are devoting our daily inspirational sets to. We welcome here all the design professionals, amateurs, and just fans of visual design and graphics – Cruzine magazine has many outstanding art works stuffed with inspiration, interesting ideas, experience, and knowledge to share with its readers.
