Cosplay GEN is a collectible magazine (due to its book-like appearance), published twice a year. It is entirely non-profit, self-financed and contains no advertising, therefore its purchasing contributes directly to the next issue.
Cosplay GEN is an independent magazine (no ADS) focused on the worldwide promoting of cosplayers and of various Japanese and Asian fashion trends. The Cosplay Gen team, in collaboration with cosplayers, photographers, and the illustrator of the magazine, Akira, have made a series of 12 promotional cards containing information about cosplayers and Cosplay Gen. These cards will be distributed together with the magazine and also at the partner conventions from around the world.

CosplayGen #02 is setting out for the world
Cosplay Gen #02 has now 100 pages full color and includes interviews and profiles of various cosplayers, such as Kanda Midori, ShanHuang, and Yolkler, a cover story featuring Skye, three extended tutorials, articles on fashion and cosplay photography, and also reviews of important cosplay events, such as Anime Expo and Cosfest IX.

Otaku Magazine is a quarterly independent platform that promote the visual art, from national and international artists, an opportunity for them to manifest in various areas (graphic, comic strips, illustration, painting, design, fashion, video, toys and accessories), under the influences of the Japanese entertainment (manga, anime, music, movie, new media, new technologies, etc.) and other artistic currents.
The Otaku Magazine project has become reality because of the need of an alternative to the today Romanian environment, like an answer to the growing interest of the young people to cultural diversity and experimentation and the need to express, without any restraints, their own visions and/or works.
Otaku Magazine is put together by a team of specialized people, in various domains (project coordinators, designers, DTP graphic specialists, web developers, editors, translators, artists, independent curators, distributors, promoters…). Everything is made out of passion and out of the desire to promote and sustain the cultural diversity in Romania.
