These days I spend very little time in my art studio, my passion for photography having completely taken over. With macro photography I escape to another little world. I love exploring the tiny details in nature that often get over looked. I love finding beautiful colours and abstract compositions within nature and can even get passionate about photographing moss or a blade of grass.”

he first line of the Almaty Metro in Kazakhstan was opened on 1 December 2011, after more than 23 years of construction. Visually interesting, this architecture is 8.5 km long and is used by 30,000 people every day.

Wainting by Leah Beach
Beauty, strong and deep project entitled “Waiting” by photographer Leah Beach. “These are photographs of patients living with Alzheimer’s disease at an assistant living in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware.None of these images were staged and are simple observations of the patients in the Alzheimer’s wing “Reflections”. What started as documentation of these patients flamed a series that has changed my life.”

Dependent on the work, sometimes I even combine many of them for the same purpose. Like many forms of graphic expression there are also thousand ways and techniques of working the material and transport it to paper.”
