Rare Hybrid Total Solar Eclipse

This picture taken on November 3, 2013 shows a rare hybrid solar eclipse through clouds from the Canary Island of Tenerife. A rare solar eclipse swept across parts of Africa, Europe and the United States today as the moon blocks the sun either fully or partially, depending on the location. The width of the shadow of the eclipse was 58 km and the maximum duration of totality, the maximum time that the moon covered the sun completely, was 1m 40s, on the Spanish Canary island of Tenerife. Rough Sea: Photos by Giovanni Allievi

I guess you could say the perfect shot can take a lifetime, but you must possess patience and perseverance for the most part. Generally, people tend to be lazy and don’t wake up to see the early morning waves when they’re at their best. Because of this, I find people are fascinated by my photographs, seeing them as something very exotic. Some have even thought they were paintings.

The Dragon’s Skull

Yes this is not a real dragon’s skull but it is still pretty creepy. This weird little plant is called a Snapdragon or Dragon flower or, if you want to sound even smarter, The Antirrhinum. Once the flower has died, the seed pod begins to look like the skulls you see here. Apart from being creepy as hell and alleged protectors of the garden, if you wore this about your body you would appear to be more “fascinating and gracious”. Though I imagine if anyone actually did find this on you, fascinating and gracious are not the only things they will think about you.
