The Most Spectacular Sea Cliffs

main1 650x520 The Most Spectacular Sea Cliffs

Nothing creates a better “End of the World Experience” than the dramatic coastlines formed by vertical sea cliffs. Standing on top of these tall cliffs, your eyes are met with nothing but the vast expanse of the ocean, huge waves crashing against the rocks below.

The Dragon’s Skull

1133 The Dragon’s Skull

Yes this is not a real dragon’s skull but it is still pretty creepy. This weird little plant is called a Snapdragon or Dragon flower or, if you want to sound even smarter, The Antirrhinum. Once the flower has died, the seed pod begins to look like the skulls you see here. Apart from being creepy as hell and alleged protectors of the garden, if you wore this about your body you would appear to be more “fascinating and gracious”. Though I imagine if anyone actually did find this on you, fascinating and gracious are not the only things they will think about you.

Green Lake: An Underwater Park in Austria

179 Green Lake: An Underwater Park in Austria

Located in Tragoess, Austria, this lagoon is a functioning park where visitors can stroll around and cross the small bridges or sit on one of the park benches along the water’s edge. When snow from the Karst mountains melts, the lake floods and submerges everything around it.

Diver Marc Henauer from Switzerland heard about the phenomenon and took these beautiful photos:

For me Nate Zeman is one of the talented photographers.

” I spent the first 23 years of my life living in the midwest – Wisconsin to be precise. From a young age I learned to appreciate the natural world. Family camping trips and adventures to the boundary waters of Minnesota are among just a few of the wonderful memories I have of home that instilled a sense of wonder in me that I haven’t lost to this day. Five years ago I moved to Breckenridge, Colorado with no real idea of what I wanted to do with my life. I’d always had an interest in photography. I had also always had an interest in nature. I eventually figured out that it would make sense to combine the two, and I was addicted right out of the gate. I dove into nature photography head first and haven’t looked back since. The more I see, the more obsessed I become with seeing what else is out there. There’s nothing I’d rather be doing. More than anything, I like to share my experiences with others through my images. My work has been published in magazines, greeting cards and calendars and they are all available on my website as exclusive limited edition fine art prints. ”

Fearlessness and a thirst for adventure these people can only be admired – not everyone dares to rise to such a height, and many are doing it even without insurance. Well, we can only sit on a soft chair in his office, with solid ground under their feet and cheering by these daredevils.
