Modern Rustic Barn
Marrying old with a modern aesthetic, a barn that previous owners had bought and deconstructed, has been moved from Canada to Connecticut, and then converted into a residence. This picturesque historic barn is located on an expansive estate in rural Connecticut, receiving a top to bottom renovation by New York based architecture firm Russell Groves, to provide the necessary modern amenities.

Skeletons and The Department Of Transportation
The Barbarian Group recently concepted and executed the skeletal warnings signs you may have seen on ny roads. The signs are part of the department of transportation’s ‘that’s why it’s 30′ campaign, an ongoing effort to reduce pedestrian deaths in New York.

In Your Fridge by Stéphanie de Rougé
This is a lovely series of captures entitled “In Your Fridge” by photographer Stéphanie de Rougé where he searches to introduce people and with what’s in their fridge. Based in New York since 2006, Stéphanie works in the field of documentary photography at the New York Times. “From Paris to New York, I opened more than 45 fridges and discovered quite amazing worlds.”
