Today we would like to give a chance to look closer at the next collection from the series of “Popular blogs”. We present well-designed, interesting and popular blogs from Spain. Random order.
Nissan – Prove It
While at Ars Thanea we were asked by TBWA\Paris to create a huge campaign for Nissan and series of outdoor events under the name ‘Prove It’. Events will take place in 9 European countries: Switzerland, Austria, France, Italy, Germany, Spain, Norway, Finland and Russia. Our role was to produce whole event ID – logos, main visuals, other visuals and loads of various display formats of those images (around 40).

Devoner Gonzales x Raul Ramirez: ‘Kiiimera Walrus’

Street artist Devoner Gonzales aka Devoner from Barcelona, Spain, recently teamed up with illustrator Raul Ramirez aka Blue Chicken to create this hand-drawn illustration. The piece, which is called ‘Kiiimera Walrus’, features nearly every social taboo such as a mixture of Magen Davids and swastikas.

Wood Sculptures by Luis Bueno

Luis Bueno is probably one of Spain’s most appreciated sculptors. He has worked with wood for more than decade, and today he presents his latest artwork, which features pieces of wood shaped and changed by natural forces, such as storms or water. Each piece has been exposed to the elements for more than 100 years and reflects a unique personality and history.

Belin is an amazin street artist from Spain. He is truly an exceptional artist that with every piece shows total mastery of the spraycan.

Cluckin’s Knitted Artworks

We have to admit that we don’t know much about this artist, but the knitted artworks by Cluckin is it worth to share it with you. After a knitted Kurt Cobain and Star Wars figures, Spain based Cluckin presents the first food knittings like Sushi food and hamburger.

Jordi Vidal – Let There Be Light

Let There Be Light is a new vectoral work by Jordi Vidal of Valencia, Spain which depicts french electronica duo Gaspar Augé and Xavier de Rosnay (AKA Justice). In the work, Vidal has used two contrasting styles of vectorization: one rapid, and one soft. The differing textures give the work a layered, tangible feel.
