Drive safely… brutal road-safety spot from Australia

Victoria’s Transport Accident Commission from Australia tries to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the existence of different types of brutal spots (PSAs), which are screaming for safe driving. They do it quite ruthlessly… they do not disgusted blood, death, pain and tears. It starts a little bit slow, but after that, after each next minute of film, it untwist harder and harder. In the background “Everybody Hurts.” performed by R.E.M. Spot runs on imagination and causes shivers. If you are a driver… watch it! (mandatory-enabled speakers) and try to drive safely during the upcoming Christmas (and after that as well).

Dieter Rams, “Less but better”
If you havent heard this name probably the best way to understand what he’s done is if i tell you that Braun, the company he led for 40 years (from ’55 to ’95) in means of design direction is something like a grandfather of Apple as philosophy and timelessness of produce. (more info in the article)
Gestalten is going to publish a book about Dieter Rams’ work this December. Simulateously they’re having an exhibition of his work at the Design Museum of London. Both are called “Less and More — The Design Ethos of Dieter Rams”.

More info and pics, and a video interview with Dieter Rams after the jump.
