Czech Man Builds an Amazing Sci-Fi House

Bohumil Lhota, 73, is a builder form Czech Republic. He claims that he is tired of building ordinary houses, so from 1981 he has been building his own subterranean, rotating home. Lhota has been doing the work mostly by himself. The “Roundabout House” can rise above the ground and rotate. Its upper level has living quarters with a view over mountains, while the lower level is a swimming pool. (Reuters)
