Baaaad move…mountain sheep being herded off the roadway by cyclist Brendan Cassidy who was escorting Marathon winner Eugene McCarthy, who lead the race for 26.2 miles, and finished in a time of 02:47:32 in the annual Run Killarney Festival, starting outside Sneem Village, through Molls Gap and into Killarney National Park. Over 2000 athletes competed in The Run Killarney festival, on Saturday, organised by Elite Management, with 3 great races – a full Marathon, Half Marathon and 10Km. (Photo by Valerie O’Sullivan)
