Chinese Man Builds 7-Story Home For Dead Brothers

A peculiar tower-like building in Shandong has captured the attention of Chinese netizens, according to Daily Mail, after images of the structure appeared on the popular microblogging site Weibo. The building was constructed by Chinese farmer Hu Guangzhou, 55, to house his brothers, whom – if reports are to be believed – passed away a decade ago. Hu allegedly insists his brothers are still alive and will one day return to live in the home (which is undoubtedly one of the strangest we have ever seen). Continue reading »

Tortoises, hares, skulls, and crows—these are all characters featured in Parvick Faramarz’s blackwork tattoos. The Moscow-based artist combines intricate dot and bold lines, creating a subtle texture and sense of motion in every tattoo. At times, they appear as if they’re crawling over the skin. Orangutan Brothers Damai and Rizki


Rizki, 10 months orphaned Bornean orang utan starts learning to bite and eating leaves at Surabaya Zoo as he prepares to be released into the wild on May 19, 2014 in Surabaya, Indonesia. The two baby orangutans, brothers, were found in Kutai National Park in a critical condition having been abandoned by their mother on May 14, 2014. The Centre for Orangutan Protection (COP) have since been nursing the animals back to health, treating them for malnourishment and 16 wounds predominantly to the feet and hands.
