When French artist and filmmaker Julien de Casabianca visited the Louvre, there was one lonely girl that caught his eye; that girl, portrayed in a lonely painting in a forgotten corner, inspired him to help forgotten paintings like her live a second life. He took a picture of her, pasted her up in the street, and the Outings street art project was born.

After two solid weeks of working ten hours a day, Street Artist Phlegm finally wrapped up his biggest piece to date for the excellent Public festival in Perth, Australia. The British artist painted 152 meters of concrete which are showing several of his signature characters interacting and playing with air balloons and other various incredible machinery. Another stunning piece of work from Phlegm which once again doesn’t disappoint.

“Swim in the Air” – New Mural by Street Artist Martin Ron in Penang // Malaysia

Martin Ron is currently in Malaysia where he spent the last few days working on this massive piece on the streets of Penang City. Painting in Raja Uda at the Hin Bus Depot Art Centre, the Argentinean street artist painted yet another impressive hyper-realistic mural. This is to date the largest mural ever painted in Malaysia. The piece is showing an occidental man holding his hand out to feed turtles symbolizing the city’s turtle conservation plan.
