Hailing from Murcia, Spain, Riquelme is a passionate landscape and night photographer. Remarkably, despite his extensive background in graphic design and printing, he only delved into photography eight years ago. During his initial two years, he exclusively used his smartphone, ingeniously seeking captivating compositions in commonly overlooked and less photogenic settings.

“After a dozen visits to Iceland, exploring its majestic lands, during a rest stop, I decided to change my perspective and launch my drone. To my amazement, I captured this incredible image.
