1
The Anatomy Lesson of Dr. Bird

We look at a lot of pop culture mashups here, but there’s just something about the mashups of illustrator Hillary White, probably because they show a clear knowledge of art history and technique. And then they use that knowledge to put Muppets, Star Wars, Voltron, and Silent Hill characters and more in famous paintings, like Domenichino’s The Maiden and the Unicorn. Continue reading »

Reptiles – Life On White

1

Most probably wouldnt think of snakes, spiders and lizards as beautiful animals – but these photographs could change some minds. The images show the reptiles seemingly playful sides, from a gleeful looking Budgetts frog, a cheeky leopard sticking out its tongue at the camera and a stack of four colourful iguanas. Contrasted against a white background and shot with a Canon EOS 5D Mark 2 and macro lens, photographer Mickael Leger really made sure they could be seen in all their glory. The photographer and Zookeeper, 28, from Dammarie-les-Lys, France has always had a passion for these less-favoured, but actually incredible intelligent and interesting, animals and wants other people to change their minds. White Power Milk

Sarah’s milk is bold, characteristically thick and buttery like melted vanilla ice cream. Collectors tend to enjoy her as a dessert. A little goes a long way, so take your time. Allow her flavors to permeate the mouth slowly. It’s not a race.

“Many are drawn to White Power Milk for the comforting certainty that our milk is the purest available. But it’s something more elusive, and difficult to put into words, that keeps our customers coming back. We create a select beverage that is not only more healthy for your body, but is culturally superior. Sure, the milk available at your local grocery store meets USDA government standards for quality, but these standards are set to a mere minimum of purity. You deserve the best.”
