NEW YORK- THE RIGHT SHADE OF BLUE 234F91

I FELL IN LOVE WITH BLUE IN NEW YORK CITY!…. But do you want to know which shade? Well, the top color for spring 2013 according to Racked and me  is Monaco blue 234f91, which is kind of like a duller navy and cobalt hybrid. Like a grayish royal blue. I will show you all the awesome blue shades that will make you want to get dressed in blue.
