Australian Photography Awards Winners Show the Beauty and Weirdness of The Time that We Live In

Australian Photography Awards (APA) recognizes and celebrates Australian photographers and their work. This year’s winners have just been announced, and it’s a truly wonderful collection of images. They show us the touching, difficult, but also the beautiful side of living in this world at this time.

The contest focuses on original, artful, and creative work. They say that it’s not just about the technical quality, but more about “soulful photography” which has an important message that reflects our current times or reminds us of important events and movements in history. And this is exactly what the winning photos are like.
