Hand embroidery and photography are two of Katia Herrera’s favorite hobbies, and she is a fiber artist who has taught herself the craft.

Through the application of fine stitches to photographs, she achieves the transformation of these images into lively works of art. The job that she does breathes new life and enthusiasm into each photograph, whether it be flowers on a bouquet or attractive trees in the backdrop. As a result, each photograph is able to stand out in a manner that is distinctive.

Katia’s embroidery is characterized by vivid colors and elaborate designs, both of which get their inspiration from her Mexican origin. Each creation is a reflection of her love and creativity, transforming ordinary photographs into memories that are both beautiful and textured.
