A Junkyard Of Classic Cars Located In Rural Georgia
Eddie McDaniel, who goes by Fast Eddie, walks through Old Car City, the world’s largest known classic car junkyard, where he occasionally plays piano for visitors Thursday, July 16, 2015, in White, Ga. Over 4,000 classic cars decorate 32 acres of forest which have been turned into a junkyard museum by owner Walter Dean Lewis. The two grew up playing in the cars on the lot which started as a general store selling auto parts in 1931 by Lewis’ parents. Lewis stopped selling parts about six years ago when he realized he could sustain the business more as a museum, charging $15 for visitors just looking, and $25 for photographers. Advertising agency Leo Burnett Switzerland created a tongue-in-cheek campaign that’ll appeal to both selfie and fine art lovers. Three posters feature the iconic artists Vincent Van Gogh, Frida Kahlo, and Albrecht Dürer snapping their picture using the Samsung NX Mini camera – the tagline for the campaign is For Self-Portraits. An artist has given classic paintings new hope – by adding Star Wars elements into the famous works. David Hamilton, 50, put his unique twist on paintings by the likes of Monet, Munch, Rembrandt and Van Gogh. The creative artist, from Livingston, Scotland, came up with the idea while flicking through a book of classic paintings. Aging Beauties Classic Cars that were Found in a Barn in Rural France

The cars were collected from the 1950s to the 1970s by entrepreneur Roger Baillon, who dreamt of restoring them to their former glory and displaying them in a museum, but, his plans were dashed as his business struggled, forcing the sale of about 50 vehicles, to be auctioned off on Feb. 6. Classic Gardens in Suzhou
Suzhou in Jiangsu province is a city of rivers and canals, as well as of gardens. Hence it is often called the ‘Venice of the Orient’. It saw its prime periods of garden building between the Ming and Qing dynasties from the 14th and 20th century, during which time there was at one point more than 200 private family gardens.
