The wave is spectacular! Japanese villagers plant different coloured varieties of rice in the fields. They first study the design via computer, and then set out doing it in the landscape.

john: Nice. But what’s the purpose of making the elements vector/scalable? The interface is intentionally designed for 1 (possibly 2, depending on how it handles orientation shifts) size, correct…? The only thing it should be scaling are native iPhone apps, and according to Apple, those will just be “pixel-doubled”.

I do like his pencil works, but I was really amazed by the experimental video Pat made by means of his Canon 40d. It is an excellent work showing movement which is merged with the music.
