Bulletproof Backpacks for Kids

The Associated Press reports that Miguel Caballero, who has made armored vests for adults for more than 20 years, said he had never thought about making bulletproof goods for children. That changed after the Dec. 14 slaying of 20 small children and six adults at Sandy Hook Elementary in Newtown, Conn.
