IBM Engineer Gives Up Job To Be A Full-Time Instagram Photographer

1

Former IBM engineer, Eelco Roos, gave up his job to pursue his passion for photography and has Instagram to thank for his new-found success (a picture shown above that he shot at Lake Louise in Alberta, Canada).

2

After becoming a popular shutterbug on the photo-sharing app, he could not keep up with his full-time job as an IT specialist at IBM Amsterdam and quit. He had worked there for more than 10 years (Roos shot a picture of his photographer friend Hiroaki Fukuda against breath-taking scenery).

7

Now a full-time photographer (Roos pictured above), his main source of income is from online campaigns with tourism agencies and brands including Samsung and Sony.
