Photographer Photoshops Her Dogs All Around The World So They Can ‘Travel’ During This Quarantine

According to Melissa Mariner: “My name is Melissa and I am the owner of Bella-Reed Photography. During the COVID-19 pandemic, I have been out of work with photography sessions. I am following the ‘shelter-in-place’ order and staying home to flatten the curve in the Philadelphia area. Also housebound with me are my 4 pitties: Bella Blue, Hershey, Pesto, and Nova Layne. Since we can’t travel, I decided to bring the world to my dogs!

From Australia to NYC to Paris and India, my dogs have seen more landmarks in the last month than some people do in their lifetime!

I am also the founder of Bella-Reed Pit Bull Rescue in Southeastern PA and my organization has saved more than 450 pit bulls since we started in 2013. What better way to raise pit bull awareness than to see them in a positive light!

By putting my pups in these photos, I hope to not only spread a little laughter and happiness in these grim times but also to show the world that pitties aren’t half as bad as the media portrays.
