The Dutch artist takes photos of everyday objects found on the streets that are mostly dull or even invisible to most people but not to her. Tineke Meirink recognizes the beautiful potential in them, revealing it to us by digitally drawing delightful characters on the pictures. That way the photos get a whole different meaning, they come to life. She hopes it makes people realize that everything has its beauty.
