Bewitching Photos Of Late-Night Tokyo That Look Like A Movie

These photos by Masashi Wakui capture the color and mood of late-night Tokyo. As the “witching hour” approaches around 11 or 12 pm, the Tokyo begins to transform. The city sorts itself between those who plan to stay in the city all night and those who must go home. The last train leaves at 12:30 pm, after which Tokyo becomes a lonely island of neon lights and cinematic moments.
