Pandart Studio game illustration outsourcing studio was founded by former League of Legends chief illustrator Chengwei Pan.

He once served as the chief illustrator in League of Legends, during which he participated in the creation of over a hundred original character drawings and illustrations, and worked on art projects such as the IG Champion Skin series and Source Plan design. His works have been highly acclaimed in the gaming industry and have influenced many art enthusiasts.
