Breathtaking Winning Photos of The SkyPixel’s 6th Anniversary Aerial Photo & Video Contest

Here are the 2020’s winners of SkyPixel’s Aerial Storytelling Contest. SkyPixel was founded in 2014 and currently, there are six million members in their community. This year is the 6th Anniversary of the Aerial Photo & Video Contest. There are more than 26,000 submissions received from 136 countries for categories including Travel, Sports, Nature, Architecture, and Portrait. Sony World Photography Awards Announces Stunning 2021 Contest Category Winners

Sony World Photography Awards is one of the contests that always brings us lots of magnificent photos. The World Photography Organisation that stands behind it has just announced this year’s category winners and shortlist in the Open competition. And as always, it’s a selection of amazing images.

The contest recognizes winners in ten categories, and over 100 photographers were selected as shortlisted. Each winner receives Sony gear and competes further for the Open Photographer of the Year title and a $5,000 reward.

Spectacular Winning Photos of the 2021 Underwater Photographer of the Year Contest

The winners of this year’s Underwater Photographer of the Year contest were just announced, and Renee Capozzola was named Underwater Photographer of the Year 2021 for her image of blacktip reef sharks cruising beneath seagulls at sunset in French Polynesia. Prizes and commendations were handed out in categories including Wide Angle, Macro, Wrecks, Behavior, Portrait, Black and White, Compact, Up and Coming, Marine Conservation, and more. Contest organizers were once again kind enough to share some of this year’s honorees with us below, with captions written by the photographers.

20 Award-Winning Photos Capture the Terror and Beauty of Giving Birth During the Pandemic

Childbirth was already an incredibly difficult and painful process that required strength and tenacity. But the pandemic added an entirely new layer to giving birth in 2020.

While the childbirth photographers that capture these precious moments lost much of their work last year, the images that were captured only emulated the beauty of new life amid so much grief.

The International Association of Professional Birth Photographers (IABPB) announced the winners of their annual birth photo competition this month. The entries from across the globe were judged in five categories: birth details, labor, delivery, postpartum, and Fresh 48 (which documents the first few hours of life).

Choose The People’s Choice Award For Wildlife Photographer Of The Year

Choose the People’s choice award for Wildlife Photography of the Year. Browse the 25 photographs featured below and vote for the one you think should win this year’s People’s Choice Award.

More than 49,000 images are entered into Wildlife Photographer of the Year every year, but our panel of judges can only award 100 winners. Each year the Natural History Museum chooses an additional 25 of the best images from the latest competition shortlist. We then ask the public to help us select the recipient of the People’s Choice Award.

The winner will be announced on 10 February 2021.
