There are both similarities and differences between artists and designers in the meaning of people, who create different forms of designs: from web design to home interior designs and to automobile designs. While artists usually create whatever and however they want, driven by their own passion and desires, designers usually have to work in the direction, requested by their bosses or clients. Eclectic Mallorca Country House
Interior spaces are defined by the white beams hovering over the serene arrangements accentuated by natural stone walls. The existing flooring at the entrance and living room is used as a way to detach the interior design from over-exposure to modern design and keep the balance of the overall look. A raised dining area, separated from the living room by a creative shelving system shelters the owners’ meal times from distractions. Solo House – Barcelona
Chilean Architectural firm, Pezo Von Ellrichshausen, have completed the beautiful Solo House in the middle of a native forest outside of Barcelona. The massive monolithic and sculptural piece of standing architecture acts as a private home which is supported by a blind podium, hidden below in the trees. The team experimented with different types of rooms throughout the unique home, explaining that “transparent and symmetrical rooms are articulated by open corners. A portico too narrow as to hold a static room and too deep as to hold a vigilance balcony. On the platform’s aerial world there is a single interior room. This room has no roof.”
Wooden House With The Sea View
The site for this small Sea Ranch house is edged with mature evergreen trees and opens to a meadow with views out to the Pacific Ocean.
